Shipping Policy
At Marble & Art, every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your marble piece arrives safely. We ship across India and to 29 countries worldwide.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout
- We ship to all major cities and most pin codes across India
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and customs processing
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by their country
Packaging All marble products are individually wrapped and packed with protective materials to minimise the risk of transit damage. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt, as this may be required for any damage claims.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number where available.
Delays Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Marble & Art is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at modaniharshit@gmail.com with photographs and an unboxing video. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how we handle transit damage claims.
